Incompetent staff

My sister went to Mr Price westgate 31/05. She went to pay for her items at the counter, she swiped her card and paid for the purchase. But when it came time to get her purchase (which was packed into a packet by the cashier) my sister was told that they could not find it. The staff told my sister that they had by accident packed it into the customer next to hers packet (who had in turn left) when my sister complained, they told her to get the items again that she purchased but this time they did not have her size in the top she bought, they could give her the money back as a refund.
The manager was not interested and did nothing to assist or suggest anything.
We find this UTTERLY bad customer service and the fact that the management and staff were so indifferent about the situation is even more distrubing. Security is meant to check the slips before people leave the store, but this was CLEARLY not done in this case as the security wouldve picked this up.
The staff and management made my sister feel like she was in the wrong and the fact that they would not speak English in front of her was disrespectful to say the least!
