Wrond price at the till

My sister went to your Game store based in the JHB CBD to buy a hairdryer 4 June 13, the price that showed R80, she waited in the queue for more that 35 minutes as there were two cashiers open, the lady that served her without a name tack told her ringed it and it stated R180, my sister told her that the price was R80 she said is a mistake as Russell Hobs brand is not cheap, whose fault is that. She called the lady that is responsible for that isle Sibongile who told my sister the people who work nightshift messed up with the price. My sister told her that is not her problem that is the price she saw and that is the price she should pay for it and Sibongile refused to give her the dryer for R80. She knowledge's that the are incompetent and yet they are still there messing up and the customer has to suffer. Your service was unbearable and the fact that Sibongile told my sister she can go and complain upset me as she did not try to solve the problem but felt is fine she can leave without the dryer. I feel if it was a white person they would have bought it for R80 or tried to solve the issue at hand. I want answers regarding your incompetent staff also what action will be taken now.
