Rats in store

Hi
I was shopping last week at Shoprite-its unfortunate that I still have to shop there just because its the closest store to where I live. Anyhow-as I was doing my shopping-I see the biggest rat roaming in the basement floor where all the food stuff is. This is not the first time I see this rat and I assume there are many more. There are also lots of roaches of which I was told they do pesticide control from time to time. I really want to know if management is doing anything regarding this. Rats are a serious health hazard anyday and there should be any rat in the store.
Lastly, the fridge section also forever has a fowl smell. I suspect they either dont clean them regularly if at all or they dont set the temperature right-resulting in food going off.
I have seen the area manager coming to do "spot checks"-which are not useful as they usually are aware that he is coming. As a result you will find on that particular day-they shop is in tip top condition, and there will always be cashiers AND packers at every till. When they're not there-the same treatment is not experienced by customers, even in busiest time of the month. This shop really needs a serious intervention
