I went with a colleague to buy lunch. Only 3 tills were open and the queue was snaking into the food aisles already before another till was opened. After 15 minutes of queuing the cashier was very disinterested in ringing up my purchases. When I handed my cards to her she was chatting to someone behind her and I had to wait for her conversation to finish before she took my card. Same when she handed these back to me. She thrust the cards in the opposite direction of my hand because again a conversation was more important.
The next day my director went to purchase salads around 9am and when she asked why the salads she eats were never available the response given was that the salads are only packed out around 11am.
I went to buy more things yesterday. The cashier asked if I wanted a bag - to which I replied no since I only bought 4 items. She rang one up anyway... so what was the point of asking??

I always buy from this store because I don't mind paying 3xmore for the products due to the good service - but this is no longer the case, and I would rather drive further to Checkers because their service surpasses that of Woolworths at the moment.
