Perfect 10
I came in with perfect skin, out with damaged skin

On Sep 13, at 2pm, I walked into Perfect 10 Menlyn Mall to trim my eyebrows, getting ready for Joburg day. The lady helped me first asked me to sign a Disclaimer Form, then helped me to trim my eyebrows. I have been to numerous Perfect 10s to do different types of beauty treaments, never been asked to sign a Disclaimer Form. wondering why this time for a simply eyebrows trimming need to sign myself off--- what happened afterwards showed me why I was asked to do this at this branch: there are untrained beauticians here to treat your face, they are testing their strength on your soft eye skin!!! The way that beautician pulled the wax off my eye made me feel that I will no longer have any skin left on my eyes!!! I couldn't even see anything properly afterwards, only feeling the skin was burning, however, a trained beautician should see what happened, but she says nothing! After I got home, I found out my right eye has an 1 cm scar on the topper part, also a scar between my eyes! It burns badly and looks terribly so that everyone asks me :'what happened', I can only tell them ---I have been to Perfect 10 Menlyn Mall. I spent 65 rands to make myself looks like this!!!
