Edgars please cancel this service provider nonsense you have signed me up for, I did not purchase my sim card from your store neither did I sign anything permitting you to take my cell phone account details or for you to be my service provider, I have been asking you people to cancel this thing for 3 yrs, my network is cell c and they are suppose to be my service provider, I've called your pathetic retail call centre where they say ill be called back, you want to be my service provider but you don't even have a technical department dealing number to help me with my queries, the consultants know minimal, waist of my money calling your call centre, I'm fed up and if it was not for business purposes I would just buy a new sim card all together with a new number give my details back to cellc as I want no dealings with you!
