I wonder what HomeChoice is doing about the numerous complaints they recieve on a daily basis about their rude, uncouth, unrefined and unpolished call centre agents/consultants who are clearly not trained for the service industry. They are all rude and hang up the phone or say rude remarks to their clientele. Surely the staff is not trained properly on telephonic skills and customer care. Any existing business that serves should know that, 'though customer is not always right, customer should be treated like king."I am a victim of their phone harrassment, I have had consultants hang up on me, rude remarks such as 'you can cut yourself up in 8 pieces but you have to pay for your acc.'Oh and "We will call you everyday anytime till you pay" and "you should learn to pay your accounts in time" REALLY and I thot I was the client. Did i mention this is harrassment for a 1 mnth in arrears acc? And its pointless complaining to their customer care service as no one will address your complaint till you phone in for feedback yourself as to why your grievieance has not been addressed! Value for money CERTAINLY NOT!!!
