False Competition

On 22 May 2013, I was advised that I have won a 19 piece gourmet-traditions-knife-set worth R499 and I had to pay R130 for delivery. I was then told I will receive a hamper worth R7200 (jump-start-soup-mate R1499, 16 piece royal-diamond-collection-cookware R4999 and polaroid digital-camera R1499), all I have to pay is R2775 which was deducted from my credit card on the same day. I agreed to this deal.
To my surprise I received INO 16 piece cookware worth R1699, Wonderchef 6in1 worth R999 and Palaroid camera worth R599) I called the store and I was advised that someone will call me back in 5 minutes and no one called. Please come and get your stuff asap and pay back my money.
