Incorrect change

It appears to have become an epidemic to short change customers at this shop. Apparently due to the fact that they do not have 5c coins. They are also reluctant to round the change up to the next denomination. This shop has not had this attitude before and management do not enforce the correct procedures. The fish rots from the head.
