I want my 5c worth!!!

I recently made a complaint about the Spar Cresta branch. Without fail whenever I shop there, I am not issued with the 5c change due to me. I am treated as a fool by the cashiers, who claim they don't have any 5c coins and then only after complaining again do they issue me with a 10c coin. Colin from Spar contacted me after my first complaint and assured me he had spoken to management who completely denied the fact that their cashiers are using this cheap, method of saving money for the branch. Colin implored me to let him know if it did happen again. As soon as the call ended I went straight to the shop as I work only 5 minutes away. This time i thought I would take a video clip of the transaction, I was that confident it would happen again. Sure enough I paid for my item and once again I wan not issued with the correct change. Colin is now not available from the number he gave me, typical! I know it is only 5c, but if this is being done to every customer Spar is withholding hundreds of rands every month! Disgusting!!!
