Settlement Payment

A settlement was agreed between me & Cape Union Mart upon our dispute since april. I am so so disappointed at the way this situation is handle by them & the lack of urgency. It shows the lack of care from the company to settle or commit to an agreement or should I say the individuals that dont want to do their job making the company look this bad.
