We finished shopping and saw a vacant teller and asked if she was opened and mumbled in her language and did not greet. When swiping the smart shopper card she threw it back at my mom. Looked for management but nobody was around. The staff if Norwood branch has very bad attitude towards their clients because they know they can get away with everything as management does nothing about it.
