No refund!

3 weeks have passed and I returned sunglasses to the CAvendish branch for a refund to the value of R4250.00 - Jerome gave an empty promise - told me he would refund me - gave some about needing a credit card slip which he did not need as he printed a report with the details of payment on it and I had the proof of purchase. Maybe this company is a when it comes to refunds - I hope not otherwise my next step is the CPA. Come on Jerome - give me my money back!!!
