Nearly die from wrong tablet dosage

Bheki at the Clicks pharmacy, gave me 40mg Inderal which I had to take twice daily. As per the script the physician prescribed 10mg tabs. Had to be rushed to ER on Sunday the 26th with too low blood pressure. Tabs where not given in their original packaging.
