Handing my prescription in On Thursday 23 May, they do not have antibiotics in stock. Promise me it will be delivered by 16h00. NOTHING. Phone them, because they DO NOT PHONE YOU, get promised again it will be delivered the next morning. NOTHING!!! After several calls- NOTHING. Get told will be delivered after 16H00. WOW - 17h30 only. NO phone call from them to explain why the service is so pathetic. Spoke to Werner - and the famous words, sorry, and so- you got your medication now. Yeah- two days without any medication- but they not it pain and they not two days from work. Werner said the Manager will phone me- the manager he is- STILL DID NOT PHONE. He probably waiting for me to phone him, because their client service is as as the manager's management. I'm sorry or the supplier could not supply is unacceptable. if the stock is manage by a manager it will not happen. But he does not manage anything but the badge he is wearing with his name and the word management
