Today I visited the above store to return some articles. Firstly there was no one at any of the till points. A customer was talking to a lady and I asked where the staff was. On speaking and asking this question Renouldah walked out and started shouting at me and saying I always have a problem and that the staff work on shift. I asked her to please keep her voice down but she simply ignored me and said that I always have a problem with there store. I agreed and said I would continue reporting them until the service improved. She was extremely hostile - I was extremely upset but she just continued shouting at me and everyone in the queue could hear. There was another customer there and she also accused this person of complaining about her. This person was also upset and said that she had not even spoken to her! It is most upsetting to be shouted at when coming to return articles and asking a simple question. I promptly decided to return all the articles, even though I wanted to keep some, simply because of the bad experience. I could not find any manager on duty. I was told there is a staff shortage...!! If this continues there will soon be a customer shortage...
