Wetherlys
No delivery after 10 weeks

I ordered 4 loungers from Wetherlys, Ballito. They did not have the loungers in stock and would source it from other branches. I received a quote and duly paid a 50% deposit of R 8000.00 on 15 January. I was told I would have the loungers in about 6 weeks. It is now 10 weeks later, Wetherlys have my deposit and apparently dont know where the loungers are or when and if it will be delivered. The sales person throws his hands in the air, the branch manager is apathetic and the regional manager seems to be in meetings all the time.
