Till System not operational and/or very very slow

I have experienced on a number of occasions that the till system at CNA Cornwall View is offline or when it is up and running it is very, very slow. I'm using a Thank U card and if the transaction must be done manually I lose my Thank U points. Which means that I have to come back at a later stage. My transactions runs between R500, 00 and R1 000, 00 per week which I spent cash on Part Works (Collectables). I have now been a customer for more the five years. The Staff At Cornwall View are always very friendly, Professional and helpful but the systems they have to work with is not professional.
