Tactless, slow pharmacist

I had a terrible experience at the Cornwall View Clicks Pharmacy today. The pharmacist was VERY slow in dispensing medicine; I must have waited half half an hour (not in queue, at the counter itself). In addition he was extremely tactless and inconsiderate in dispensing the medication, announcing the type of medication loudly (as if I don't know what kind of medication I use) and then graphically describing the potential side effects. For example, instead of saying something like "it might upset your stomach" he chose to loudly say that it might "cause diarrhea and vomiting and cause you to sweat" before moving on the the fact that my "sexual desire might decrease". It was extremely humiliating and other people in queue started to listen in and look in our direction, which he seemed to enjoy.

In addition he seemed confused in describing the use of the medication. This is the text of an actual label on one of the containers: "neem twee tablette saans mondeliks vir een week daarna 100mg dan na een week gebruik neem twee tablette saans vir neem twee tablette weke". Slow queues and response times is a constant issue at that pharmacy, but this is the first time I felt humiliated.
