Lorraine receives a call from Lerato on the 18/03/2013 from 0113996352 stating that she has 4 cards with the Edcon group to her surprise. When asking Lerato who authorised this, Lerato is dumbfounded. Lerato proceeds to ensure that this will get resolved and she will call back Lorraine, this never happened till this date. Lorraine leaves a message for Lerato to call her back and guess what, this does not happen. Lorraine is embarrassed at a Jet store as her cards are now blocked. Lorraine calls Jacob on 0114988100 who assists in unblocking the card and confirms that he will ask his team leader to document this problem and request this in writing to be emailed to the details given to him, turn around time 48 hours (working hours). No email received, no apology, no promises kept. Lorraine being an employee of 20 loyal years feels ashamed of a company that treats customers like this. The level of customer service in Edcon has drastically decreased in the past decade. Will this comment receive a response or even an apology?
