My husband bought a pair of Bronx shoes from Tekkietown in September 2012 by November the sole of the shoes were broken. Tekkietown did not want to exchange as we no longer had the receipt. In February my husband sent an e-mail to Bronx h/o to complain, they responded instantaneously, addresses the issue and put us at ease. A pair of replacement shoes was couriiered to us less than a week later after complaining. They are an example of how to service a dissatisfied customer and deal with deficiencies in their own product. Well done Jordan shoes/Bronx, you are an example to the retail industry. Thank you
