Hi my wife bought me a pair of Bronx boots for my birthday in September. I used them for work a few times. I manage a cleaning company looking after Clicks etc. so my days are spent in shopping malls. I returned the boots to Mens Shoe Centre after the sole on one of them began to part with the upper early in October. They told me the vulcanizing was defective and that they would have to send them away to the Bronx factory in Cape Town. I went back in the middle of November after no-one contacting me as promised. They had no idea what was going on and again promised to phone me when they had an answer.
I went back again in the 2nd week of December. They said the shoes had been scrapped and that I will have to chose another pair. They didn't have the same ones in stock and nothing else that I liked. I asked if it was possible to just get a refund as they said they will only be getting stock in Feb 2014. I was told they would speak to their head office but again they haven't bothered to phone and let me know what is going on.
This is flipping ridiculous customer service.
