STILL NO RESPONSE TO MONTHS OF QUERIES

Good day, I have been waiting months for my account to be sorted out. I have been waiting for signed slips to prove that I bought on the account. After many calls and some investigating, my receipts were lost and also no signature on some. I refuse to be held to ransom for the balance on my account and I would like to speak to someone senior in Edcon. No has helped me to rectifiy this account and sort out the problems, all Edgars do is demand payment, well I demand answers and until such you will not receive another cent.
