THIS STORE IS UNBELIEVABLE!! WE BOUGHT A BED IN NOVEMBER 2012 THAT IS LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AGO AND IT IS TOTALLY WRECKED, IT HAS THE IMPRESSION OF 2 HUMAN BODIES ON IT THATS HOW BADLY IT HAS SUNK. WE HAVE CALLED AND WHERE ASKED TO PAY A FEE OF R600 AND RETURN THE OLD BASE AND WE WOULD GET A NEW BED IN FEBRUARY 2013, WE HAVE PAID THE FUNDS AND NOW AT THE END OF MAY HAVE STILL NOT YET RECIEVED THE BED. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND THE WORST PART IS THAT THE STORE MANAGER BRADLEY HAS NO REMORSE AND ON TOP OF THAT A HUGE ATTITUDE ABOUT THE SITUATION. WE DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE FOR A BIG STORE LIKE THIS THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
