Brand new washing machine delivered dented!

On Sunday 19/05/2013 I bought 2 Samsung 8kg washing machines cash from OK furniture in Springs. The one was fine but the other one was badly dented. I opened the washing machine and connected it. When I closed it I realized that the front was dented, clearly, by the strap used to secure the washing machine on the truck. On Monday 20/05/2013 I phoned Ntsediseng at about 09h30am. She said she will follow up and phone me back. On Tuesday 21/05/2013 I phoned again and has been told Ntsediseng is day off. Today I phoned and was told she is still not in but I should not worry because they will follow up. Clearly I am worried because I bought a washing machine to use!!! I cant use it and I am not getting a response from OK Springs.
