Stale Cakes!

Last night I went into Spar Pineslopes and bought a slice of black forest cake. I get home only to discover that it is tasteless because it is stale and this is further proven by the fact that the cream is gummy!

This is not the first time I have experienced this. Cakes bought from the fridge or at the front of the shop are fine but the ones on the shelves in the glass ARE AN ABSOLUTE NO-NO. I have also bought rock hard red velvet cupcakes and stale gingerbread men before!

For a shop that prides itself with such a large bakery, your products are rather pathetic.
