STONE RIDGE CANT GET ANYTHING RIGHT

Once again stone ridge cant do anything right!!! i live in fourways and the issue is in edenvale. i eventually after so much battle to use the voucher this side. they give me the voucher with the wrong amount. when i stressed to the manager that the voucher will once again expire. he said no he put 3months on it. but this morning i look it has expired. they messed up with the wrong amount. and now i have to go back which is out of my way to collect. the manager zakhele is not available. and no other manager can help me. this money is owed to me. they first messed up with the fact i could not purchase in my new area. then the value is incorrect and its expired once again. i wonder how long it will take this time. as the matter has been going on for 3yrs!! can you imagine my frustration, and he says he wont issue me a new one. why is that when it is owed to me? y cant they get it right? stone ridge is a demon in my life... causes me so much stress. i am sick and tired. and all i want to do is cry becuase i feel this R2999.00 will never be given to me.
