I changed my Old Sales House store card to the new Jet Thank you card last year in October 2012 and the lady that assisted me did not "carry over" the balance on that card to the new Jet Thank You card.
I got calls from the Accounts section and I kept on telling them I have been paying as I was doing so on the New Jet Thank You card. I even faxed and spoke to people at their Head Office.

I recently found out that they have had me blacklisted on the ITC due to this account. I have received a letter from Ms Zanele Makhubu, on 17 May 2013 at 14:38, to say that I have paid the amount they were querying and I emailed her back on the same date at 15:17 to say that the letter to take to my debtors is not enough I need my name cleared at the ITC and I want a channel to claim from that employer and the company for my suffering- and she has decided to remain mum. And I feel this is unacceptable. I do not get behind the counter and teach their staff to do their work and for that company to do proper follow up with out rushing to blacklist me without my knowledge and informing me.
