No customer service

On Saturday 1 May I had to collect my lounge suite from the Beares store room at West street in Kempton Park. I had to carry my own furniture down the stairs to my car. One of the sales people in stead of helping me to carry the stuff down stairs tried phoning someone who has left already to carry the furniture. Then the store manager came to help me carry the last piece of furniture. I am completely disguisted with the lack of customer service I received. I had to ask someone to help me in stead of the sales people asking a customer if they can assist.
