INCOMPETENCE

I went to Game in Vincent Park East London on Saturday, I wanted a quotation for a microwave, a heater and a computer. Upon entering the store I was looking around for an assistant, I saw Deon and asked if he could help me, he simply pointed to another guy I think a Mr Joseph or Moses. This man was then very upset because Deon reffered us to him. He told us that Deon only helps customers who buys fridges because he get's a better commission. First of all it was very unfriendly to send us to somebody else without a smile or a hello, second of all it is not pleasant to shop where I have to listen to the employees rent and raving about each other's incompetencies. Surely Game could do better then that. I went to Incredible Connections and got service with a smile. Please Up your game, Game.
