OVHD Bad service

My sister bought the OVHD package on 2013/12/05 from Game Vincent Park East London. she was promised that it would be installed within a few days. The installer contacted my sister and promised her he will do the installation either Friday afternoon or on Saturday. He never showed up at all! She was unable to get hold of him on his cell phone. I also battled and eventually got hold of him a few days later. He promised to install it on Saturday the 14th. Once again he never showed up or even contacted us. Today is Monday the 16th and he is still not contactable. I have sent him sms's because he does not answer his phone. Still no joy! We are now returning the OVHD package today and going to buy it from HI-FI Corporation. The service is disgusting!!! I have also contact the manager of the Game store in Vincent park with no satisfaction!
