Dis colored Jacket

A few weeks ago for the first time ever i sent my lovely red jacked to Multiserve dry cleaners and it came back dis colored, Livid as i was i took it up with the owner Anna and she rudely told me to refer to my till slip which says nothing at all about them not being liable for a discoloring, that they are not to be blamed and that i should take it up with my supplier or manufacturer of the garment.

i spent R650.00 on this Jacket and followed the cleaning instructions, please advise what i need to do cause someone need be accountable cause i surely did not pay multiserv R80.00 for them to permanantly damage my jacket...
