FALSE PROMISES - NO RESPONSE OR FULFILLMENT

About 8 months ago I went to hirsch ballito, whereby I purchased and electrical item worth almost R5000, the manager, rajan at that stage had promised to give a free leather cleaning gift with this purchase but at that stage they where out of stock, he promised to get 1 and inform us. In February this year I was back at the store to purchase a fridge as a wedding gift, on enquiry of the leather cleaning kit he had stated that he had completely forgotten and will in the week have one of his vehicles deliver it to my home. Now 3 months later, yet to hear or see what this man has promised... simply, don't promise things when you trying to sell a product, then you are unable to deliver when the time comes...
