Dirty smelly toilets

Hi
I am a regular customer at the Galleria shopping centre and i hate using their filthy toilets it permanently stinks of urine and there is no air circulating through there.
I have watched the cleaner mop the floors he doesn't even have a bucket of water to rinse the mop he just wipes the floors with a damp mop spreading urine all over the place and this happens to only be happening on the cinema level as all the other toilets are reasonably clean and oder free
