Not doing what customar asked

I took my car for a full house wash @ R70 a wash, only one of the wash bays where open. I waited 40 min to go through. Once finished I pulled in to the allocated bay and waited 15 min for a cleaner to attend to my car. After vacuuming and cleaning the inside the cleaner attempted to wipe silicon on the tyres, I asked him to wash the tyres and rims as they were dirty and then he can put silicon on. He then got into an argument with me and said that the supervisor had already cleaned it in the wash bay, I pointed out the dirt on the rims and tyres to him on witch he then called his supervisor and they had a discussion and I said that they are hiding the dirt by covering it with silicon and i insisted that he cleans my car the right way.
He was very upset with me but however cleaned the wheels but when it came to the front of the car he wanted to do the same, I informed him that the head lights and bottom spot lights are still dirty and that you cannot again put on silicon before washing the lower valance, he again argued with me. I told him to move away from my car and asked to see the manager who was not available. This wash bay at one time used to be very good, but never again.
