Excellent customer service

I purchased a Nivea product and it did not work for my skin. Logged a complaint on the Nivea website and received a response from their customer service the following day. I am happy to say that my query was handled efficiently and effectively. They replaced the product, no questions asked and also sent me a package with many other Nivea products to try out. I am amazed by the level of customer service that I have received and you now have a customer for life! Other companies can definitely learn from you!
