Upset of the bad service

I went to clicks in Centurion Mall on Monday the 6 May 2013, I spoke to a lady by the name of Gertrude and a so called assistant manager - Percy, ordered 17 footspa massages for our long service award function. They didn't have by that time and since it was on special for R199.00 I made arrangements with both of them to arrange it for me and I will collect on Friday the 10 May.

I tried calling the store to let them know that I won't make it that friday, but will collect my order on Monday the 13 May without success as the line was forever engaged. I asked a colleque to go to clicks to get me a cell number of one of those 2, which was provided to me but when calling that number it was always on voice mail.

On the 13 May I went to the store to collect my order and was told that they only have 3 footspa's for me the rest were sold as I didn't come that friday and I explained taht I have been trying to call without success.

I am very upset and dissapointed as I always order from their store on a yearly basis for the function. I will never order from them again.
