Pick 'n Pay
No savvy / No pride

On 17May2013 I went to the picknpay at doornkoolf centre to buy goods. I took a hygienic cloth seeing that their baskets are ALWAYS dirty, got a basket and proceeded into the shop where I started to get some items, amongst other was some bottled water. I got to the fridge door and to no surprise the handle that was MISSING from about three weeks ago (I know cause I get my bread and milk there often) was still MISSING, I then asked a staff member to PLEASE ask the manager to come and have a look at the problem, after about 7 minutes just waiting there eventually Oscar (manager) came and asked me what seems to be the problem, at that very moment a elderly lady tried to open the door with much struggle so mr.oscar then opened the door by reaching into the next fridge so I asked him if every customer was supposed to do that and he just looked at me smiling (as they usually do..) then a female employee (name dorita) walked past and mumbled some comment at me and quickly vanished into the storeroom, I asked oscar to please call her cause I wanted to know what she said, she was not to be found (strangely). I said to oscar that I am just trying to help them be more SAVVY..Thank you Peter!
