Too much service fee added

Recently I have just ordered Solitaire 21 piece Queen Luxury Comforter set and cash price was R3099.
I have chosen to pay over 6 months and with installment of R678.81. I received my order and with Tax invoice reflecting exact payment of R687.81 for 6 months.

As the first payment is overdue 31 may 2013, now I received a statement from the post box showing that I should pay R702.81 (it shows extra R15 is for service fee) and I am suprised where does this come from because even when ordering, you mentioned that for 6 months it will be R678.81. From the statement its written that "Pleas remember to include the relevant payment service fee with your installment.

Here is the solution, Its either you take your Solitaire 21 piece back as its still in the box, or you change your systems and allow me to pay as per what I agreed when I was taking an order, I dont have that extra R15.Give me and explain about the next step before I return back your Solitaire.
