BAD ATTITUDE OF MANAGER - RE COMPLAINT ROTTEN PIE

Please contact my friend Geetha on 0832078974 as she had a very nasty experience with this Franchise of Kwikspar. She purchased a pie and upon returning it as it was off with a very bad sour taste, she was told by the Manager "she is like a street person desperate for food". He refused to refund her plus he said he had to return the pie to the supplier. He also refused to give her her till slip and instead, issued her another till slip and gave her the rotten pie back. She was so disgusted with his customer service, she threw the pie on the counter and walked out. This outlet is known for it's bad customer care service!
