Pick 'n Pay
Could not of been more unhelpful

Long story short, I left a packet of stuff not bought in pick n pay in my basket.

On returning to the store all staff essentially refused to help me (dont make your problem my problem)

What was in the packet has no use to anyone else. My question on who collects baskets was met with blank stares. But could we look for it? No! Would security help me? - Not unless I had a till slip.! (I actually didnt take a slip after purchase... why refuse to help me)

Horrible experience, pathetic customer service. I didnt go in with an attitude. Was just met with a slumber of staff who had no interest in helping another person.

(I tried to lay complaint on pnp website - got a return mail that it cant be proceessed... theres a shocker)

I now know to go to my local spar, at least they are vaguely interested in their customers
