Its a day after and still haven't received feedback on the complaint I sent to chicken licken customer care, it just shows how they take their time to respond to such, pathetic service same as in their stores. In short I bought food that was rotten after I have bought their 8 wings meal that were so no fresh after the 6th one its when I realised how they awfully taste and with an ordour! Returned the goods n was only given 2 fresh ones replacing the ones I returned. I refused to accept them as I felt it was not dair after the teller laughed at me n making a joke of my situation. So I was given food that had remained from the looong weekend. I could accept that they were not freshly prepared as I realised when I got back to the office but not them to be rotten. Why weren't fresh ones prepred for the day!!! Is our health not important to these people??? What is your policy when returning goods as its not on the slips and please don't ask me for the receipt the poorly skilled staff retained it! A full refund will be appreciated thanks
