False Advertising

On the 9th May I purchased a Philipps Air Fryer from the Boardmans Lakeside Branch-On the floor a Huge red Board placed above the box of the Air Fryer indicating "EXTRA" 25% discount on selected Phillips which upon inquiry included the Philiips Air Fryer. After paying by card I viewed th receipt at home only to see that price was not deducting the extra 25% discount- upon query from the store they mentioned that it was only 25% and not "EXTRA" as advertised- Is this not false advertising? I have sent a mail to the head office -EDCON and still waiting for a reponse. Very distatefull and immorale business practice... I would not want to work for a company with such poor business ethics
