Eezi Coupons Application - False Advertising

I'm so dissappointed really. Here I see checkers advertising an App to download on your blackberry phone for discounts. I download the App and was very excited to go shopping and to use the coupons. When I got to the tills, after looking there the list of coupons and searching for the products in store, only half of the coupons discount went through and had to end up putting products back. Embarrassing!!! After showing the controller the coupons on the phone, and why the coupons are not going through for the selected product, she tells me its head office's fault? Wh y does that make it my problem? This App is obviously not working and even though the WiCode is shoen and the Coupons are shown, I didnt get the discount as promised. False representation!
