Misrepresentation/mis lead

I applied for 2 S4s (Samsung) online, Waseema then called me the next morning saying i was PRE APPROVED and all she needs is my latest payslip to see what my payment is going to be i then asked her if they done a credit check and she said i must just send the payslip its been pre approved (which in my mind meant it was approved) i have worked/work in call centres for the past 7 years and know that you cannot tell clients that unless it is approved and she should of advised me that she needs to do the relevant checks to see if i qualify first. There after i called and she said i was declined, i then email her asking if it was declined because of debt on my name and her response was "Hi the 1st three finance channels decline you because you not working 6 months yet " and i then the next response from Waseeema was "No you not yet totally decline
We can rescore you If your HR can send me a employment letter that states you working more that 6 months
" so basically i then sent the letter and got a email saying i was declined by other channels - this is really unproffessional and im not leaving it like this
