I am forever asking consultants when paying my account, how much is my instalment and I always get a respond that the is no instalment I am allowed to pay any amount. To my surprise this month I paid R100 and some time last week go sms that I am listed as a slow payer. where is that coming from and why no one bothered to reject that amount when I paid it. And how do I be listed as slow payer while I never even missed a single payment?
