On Tues 14th went into woollies Kenilworth for white tackies for my daughter. No size 11 so asked a very nice lady TALITA to find me a size 11 at Cavendish branch. She was busy but took my details and called me 10 mins later to say they were keeping me a size 11 white Velcro tackies with coloured soles. she told them I would be in thurs before lunch to collect at customer services. Unfortunatley she didn't get a name.
I made a special trip on thurs at 12, and Yolanda helped me, only to discover none were put aside. We even went to look on the shop floor. ROQSHANA took my details again, and said she would look in the stock room or order me some.
I wasted 45 mins in total not to mention petrol and R 9 for parking.
It is just not good enough... there is no excuse for poor service, especially something so simple to do. Even if they get me a pair, my daughter does without in the meantime and I will have to make another trip to Cavendish.
