Nokia Lumia - What rubbish

I purchesed a Nokia Lumia 610 from a exact store in my area recently. (15/05/13) this phone is useless. I can not believe that nokia would release a phone that does not do basic functions as internet banking. i need my phone for both business and pleasure. More for business, and seeing that i can not use vodacom ussd functions on it, it is completely useless to me. a waste of money.

i want to know why the woman that sold me the phone didnt advise me that this phone can not do such basic things.
the blue tooth is aslo a bunch of rubish. you cant transfer songs or larger files.
when i phoned customer care they said to me that because the phone was already turned on (by the woman in store) they would not be able to exchange it for a phone that actually works and does the desired things i need it to do.

my advise would to rather in all cases buy your phone from a vodacom or mtn store that have more feed back and advise on the products they are selling.

i am very upset with loss of money on such a useless piece of the nothingness.
Tfg should discontinue the line of Nokia completely from all there stores.
What once was the best, is now the worst!!!
