Spar
No stock on advertised items???

Spar had a special on Sta Soft, 3 packets for R29, 99. I have been to all 3 branches in Witbank. Each one has a board up saying, "sorry, supplier out of stock". The new credit act states if a special is advertised it needs to be available or a similar product must be made available. How do these companies get away with it. I live 40km outside town and have driven twice for nothing. Hope they respond
