On Friday 11 November 2012 I went to Pick n Pay to do my monthly shopping. I arrived at the till the teller started swiping my groceries. I advise her that I have a smart shopper card. The teller advised me she don't need to swipe the card. I informed her she need to swipe the card in order for me to accumulate points. She was started to ignore me and continue scanning the products I purchased. I kept the products back and told her I'm not going to continue until she swiped the card.

She eventually swiped the card with an attitude. On top of that she packed the groceries like she wanted the eggs at the bottom and the entire can stuff on top, the cleaning products with chicken and meat products. The dairy product i.e. yogurt, ice-cream with the sugar and coffee, and this is how it went on.
I was too tired and Jetlag to say something. I ended up repacking the bags after my sister advise her she is packing the stuff wrong she got upset with my sister and told us to move the stuff off her counter and pack it right some were else. There was no manager available that we could talk to.

I got home to most of the food being damage and had to put it in containers, other bags
